Questions people ask before ordering
What does “digital” mean — do I get anything in the mail?
Everything here is digital — nothing arrives in the mail. You get both files: a print-ready PDF, and a PNG for sending by message or email. Print it at home, take it to a copy shop, or send it as it is and skip printing altogether.
Do I have to edit anything myself?
No design software, no account. Type your details into the form and the design sets them for you — the preview shows exactly how your wording will sit.
Will your name be across my files too?
No. Our name sits across the preview so the designs stay ours until someone buys one. It comes off the moment you pay — your files arrive with the design on its own. Nothing else changes: the same wording, in the same places, in the same colors you set.
How long does it take?
No time at all. Your files are ready to download the moment your payment goes through — even if the party is this weekend.
What if something's wrong when I get the files?
Reply and tell us what needs changing. One revision is included and we don't ask for a reason — a typo in your own wording counts too. We'll correct it and send you the new files.
Can I change the colors for my party?
Usually, yes. Ask before you order and we'll tell you what's possible with that particular design and whether it costs anything.
How many can I print?
As many as you need, whenever you need them. The files are yours for personal use, so a late addition to the guest list costs nothing.
